Session Summary

Christian ran through the June 2023 Power BI desktop update blog, including showing a demo on the new card visual. Simon then introduced Traste's waste collection app and the workflow which feeds into a Power BI report for tracking waste. From here the Power BI reports are exported to PDF as this is the preferred method of reviewing the data by the client. It was a very engaging session with great discussion across the group.

Simon Lunn is a specialist in waste audits and compliance for the green star rating system in the construction industry. Simon has a degree in Environmental Science, Masters in Sustainability and over five years experience working in contaminated land assessment. He is contactable on LinkedIn and always keen to collaborate with others out there in the exciting world of App development!!
